Role & Responsibilities

Ø Identify and onboard retail merchants for QR code payment services.

Ø Demonstrate and explain QR payment usage to shop owners and staff.

Ø Ensure proper installation and visibility of QR codes at merchant outlets.

Ø Train merchants on transaction processes, settlement cycles, and support channels.

Ø Maintain good relationships with merchants to encourage active usage.

Ø Track merchant transactions and ensure proper follow-up for inactive accounts.

Ø Handle merchant queries, complaints, and resolve service issues promptly.

Ø Achieve monthly onboarding and transaction activation targets.

Ø Collect and submit required documents (KYC, agreement forms, etc.) accurately.

Ø Provide market feedback to the management team for service improvement.

Requirements

ü Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

ü 0–2 years of field sales/marketing experience (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

ü Basic understanding of digital payment systems.

ü Good communication and interpersonal skills.

ü Ability to work independently and meet targets.

ü Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
