Position: Field Executive (FE)
Department: Sales & OperationsReporting to: Area Sales Manager (ASM)Location: Patna, BiharCompany: LOOH Hostels Pvt. Ltd.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit hostels/PGs for partner onboarding and verificationCollect documents, photos, and upload data in the company appSupport in payment collection & verification from partners/studentsAssist in placing marketing materials (banners, posters, leaflets) at hostelsGenerate leads of potential hostel/PG partners in the assigned territoryMaintain daily visit report and submit to ASMEnsure good relationship with hostel owners and local stakeholdersRequirementsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred2-wheeler + valid driving license (mandatory)Smartphone knowledge & ability to use mobile appsGood communication skills (local language + Hindi)Willing to travel extensively in the assigned areaSalary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience & location)Travel Allowance / Fuel ReimbursementIncentives based on performance & partner onboarding
