We work closely with retail partners to deliver essential financial products to customers across regions. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Executive to support our insurance and mutual fund operations. This role involves on-ground client servicing, coordination with retail partners, and assisting in product education and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Servicing & Field Support -  - Conduct customer visits for policy premium collection, document verification/pick-up, or vehicle inspections when necessary. - Assist clients in understanding insurance and mutual fund products (comprehensive training will be provided). 2. Retail Partner Engagement -  - Visit existing retail shop owners (channel partners) to offer hands-on support for insurance and mutual fund activities. - Address and resolve partner queries or service-related issues promptly. 3. Training & Product Knowledge -  - Participate in regular internal product training sessions. - Educate retail partner staff on our financial products to ensure accurate information is shared with customers. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred. Prior experience in fieldwork, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally and work independently. Basic understanding of financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
