Job Description

Field Executive

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Service:

  • Visit clients/customers at their specified locations for [e.g., identity verification, document collection, service activation, product delivery, post-service feedback].
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our [products/services/processes] to clients.
  • Address basic client queries or concerns in the field and escalate complex issues to the relevant internal department.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.
  • Documentation & Verification:

  • Collect necessary documents from clients (e.g., KYC forms, application forms, payment proofs, service agreements), ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct on-site verification of client information, addresses, or business premises as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure all collected documents are properly logged and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Operational Execution (select specific responsibilities based on role type):

  • For Sales Support/Collections:

    Support the sales team by facilitating lead follow-ups, initial client meetings, or collecting overdue payments.
  • For Delivery/Logistics:

    Ensure timely and safe delivery/pickup of products or documents. Manage delivery routes efficiently.
  • For Technical/Service:

    Perform basic on-site troubleshooting, installation, or service support for products/equipment.
  • For Survey/Market Research:

    Conduct market surveys, gather feedback, and collect competitive intelligence from the field.
  • Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain accurate records of all field visits, interactions, and outcomes using a mobile application or designated system.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the supervisor.
  • Communicate regularly with the back-office or coordination team to provide updates and receive instructions.
  • Compliance & Safety:

  • Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines while on duty.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client information and company assets.
