Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage basic accounting entries, billing, Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Recording all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries). Billing & Invoicing: Generating sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes. Reconciliation: Matching company records with bank statements (Bank Reconciliation). Taxation: Handling GST, TDS entries, and generating tax reports. Inventory: Tracking stock movement, managing stock-in/out, and updating levels. Reporting: Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow). Compliance: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Auditing: Assisting the finance team during internal and external audits. Essential Skills & Qualifications Software: Proficiency in Tally (ERP9/Prime) and MS Excel. Knowledge: Basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and tax laws (GST, TDS). Attributes: High attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and honesty. Education: Often a B.Com or related degree, with practical experience preferred.
