Field Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our sales team. The role involves visiting clients, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calls.
• Demonstrate product features and provide detailed information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile sales applications.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of new clients acquired.
• Customer retention and satisfaction rate.
• Timely submission of reports and data accuracy.

Salary : 10,000 + 2000 (travel allowence) + incentives
