Job Title: Field ExecutiveOrganization: Royale Concorde International School (RCIS)

Location: Chamarajpet Bangalore

Department: Admissions & Outreach

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Admissions Head

Job Summary:

The Field Executive will be responsible for promoting Royale Concorde International School across assigned territories, driving student admissions, and strengthening brand presence through direct marketing and community outreach. The role involves fieldwork, relationship-building with parents, institutions, and partners, as well as assisting in admission events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to residential areas, preschools, and corporates to generate leads for student admissions.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials at strategic locations.
  • Engage with parents and prospective students to communicate RCIS’s academic offerings, infrastructure, and value proposition.
  • Support and coordinate school admission events such as open houses, education fairs, and parent meetings.
  • Maintain a daily record of field activities, lead generation, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • Collect market insights on competitors and community trends to support marketing strategies.
  • Ensure proper branding and visibility of the school through outdoor promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding field performance and community engagement outcomes.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, admissions, or marketing — preferably in the education sector.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for fieldwork may also apply.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 6 days a week (including weekends during admission season).
  • Flexible hours depending on events and field activities.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary with incentives based on performance and admissions achieved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
