Field Executive

The primary responsibilities fall into three key areas: Sales/Lead Conversion, Application & Documentation, and Customer Service. 1. Sales and Lead Conversion (Revenue Focus) * Lead Generation/Outreach: Making outbound calls (cold or warm) to prospective customers to introduce loan products, qualify their needs, and encourage them to apply. * Needs Assessment and Qualification: Asking detailed questions to understand the customer's purpose for the loan (e.g., debt consolidation, home improvement), desired amount, and financial profile (income, credit score range) to determine eligibility. * Product Recommendation: Based on the assessment, recommending the most suitable personal loan product, clearly explaining the features, interest rates, terms, and fees. * Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets (e.g., number of applications submitted, total loan volume). 2. Application and Documentation (Process Focus) * Application Facilitation: Guiding the customer step-by-step through the loan application process, either over the phone or by sending secure links. * Document Collection: Clearly communicating the required documents (e.g., ID proof, address proof, income statements, bank statements) and following up to ensure timely submission. * Liaison/Follow-up: Acting as the link between the customer and internal teams (like underwriting or credit) to monitor the application status, resolve discrepancies, and expedite the approval process. 3. Customer Service and Compliance (Quality Focus) * Inquiry Handling (Inbound): Answering incoming calls to address customer queries about existing loans, application status, required documents, or general product information.
