Field Engineer

You will be responsible for: - Collecting customer's job fault data - Occasionally receiving customers for pick up/installation - Making test reports - Handling inward-outward job procedures - Providing in & out technical support - Maintaining, servicing, repairing, and testing industrial electronics equipment such as AC DRIVES, DC DRIVES, SMPS, SERVO DRIVES, HMI, PLC, CONTROLLERS, etc. - Work may take place both in the lab and sometimes in the field. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Effective teamwork abilities - Strong drive for result orientation - Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office - Competency in managing existing customers and coordinating with Sales Engineers and customers - Update and maintain all reports in both soft and hard copy formats Skills required for this role include: - Good communication skills - Basic technical knowledge - Knowledge of components/tools - Fast learning ability - Education influencing ability - Convincing power This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
