Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, handling technical support queries, troubleshooting equipment issues, and managing projects. Daily tasks include visiting farms, installing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the effective use of the technology platform by farmers. The role requires collaboration with the technology development team and consistent communication with farmers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10th and 12th passed out Individuals

Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

• Experience in Field Service and Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Experience with IoT, AI, and ML technologies is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
