Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Palghat. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients, managing projects, and ensuring smooth operation of on-site IT systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, configuring hardware and software, and communicating effectively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service.
