Responsibilities

• Supervise, execute, and monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at client sites.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare work reports, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide on-site solutions, and coordinate with the back-office design team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines during site work.
• Interact with clients, understand their technical requirements, and provide necessary support.
• Document and report project progress, site observations, and resource utilization.
• Train and guide site technicians, contractors, and labor teams where required.
• Coordinate logistics of tools, tackles, and manpower deployment.

Technical Competence:

• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, site supervision, and ensuring adherence to safety & quality standards.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination.
• Ability to lead site technicians contractors and manage labor efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with readiness to take quick decisions under pressure.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel extensively and work at project sites across India.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial site conditions.
