Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Pune. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing field service operations, and overseeing project management tasks. Daily responsibilities include attending to customer sites, conducting technical assessments, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in FinTech or IoT industries is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
