(Bangalore – VFS Office Area)

Reporting To: Sales / Operations Team

Working Timings

• Full Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Part Time Options:
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Part-time candidates are also welcome

Role Purpose

To meet visa applicants visiting the VFS Office, collect travel enquiry data, and promote Sirra International’s flight ticket booking services by distributing company visiting cards and service information.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Data Collection

• Approach visa applicants politely and professionally
• Introduce Sirra International’s flight ticket services
• Collect basic details:
• Name
• Contact number
• Travel destination & tentative travel date

Flight Ticket Promotion

• Promote domestic & international flight ticket bookings
• Hand over company visiting cards / flyers
• Create awareness about competitive fares & support services

Target

• Minimum target: 10 valid contacts per hour
• Ensure collected data is accurate and usable

Reporting

• Submit collected data daily to the sales team
• Coordinate with Bangalore office / head office

Eligibility Criteria

• Male / Female candidates
• Freshers can apply
• Students can apply
• Good communication skills
• Languages preferred: English / Hindi / Malayalam
• Confident, polite, and presentable
• Willing to work outdoors near VFS office

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in field promotion / data collection
• Interest in sales, travel, or aviation industry
• Smartphone knowledge for basic reporting
