Field Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and socially driven Student Outreach Coordinator to support field-level mobilization for a government-backed education initiative. This role involves direct engagement with communities to encourage student participation and promote awareness of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and mobilize eligible students
• Communicate program benefits effectively to students and families
• Build trust and rapport with local communities and educational institutions
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and student data
• Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
• Provide regular updates and insights from the field to the project team

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Excellent persuasion and public engagement abilities
• High level of honesty and ethical conduct
• Familiarity with local areas and community dynamics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
