JBF (India) Trust, a leading animal welfare organization, is looking for a Field Coordinator cum Fundraiser based in Delhi. This is a fully field-based role involving outreach, fundraising, and rescue coordination.

Role Highlights:

• Work on the ground across various locations in Delhi/NCR
• Engage directly with communities and stakeholders to raise funds and awareness
• Travel with rescue teams and handle on-site documentation
• Help expand our impact through field-level coordination and relationship-building

Compensation & Benefits:

• Incentivebased position; Earn a direct percentage of the funds you raise
• Travel and food expenses covered during field visits

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated individual with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to work on the field extensively and travel as needed
• Passionate about animal welfare and community service
• Previous fundraising or field experience preferred but not mandatory
