As a Field Collection Executive at Drip Capital, you will be responsible for managing unsecured loan collections. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of loan recovery processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct field visits effectively. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating collection records, collaborating with internal teams to resolve disputes, and adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines during collections. To qualify for this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in unsecured loan collection and hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (BBA/BMA), or a related field. Strong spoken English proficiency is a must, along with skills in negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, a willingness to travel for field collections is required.
