Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Business Manager at Implex Edu. The Field Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the business operations in various regions, maximizing sales and market presence, and establishing strong relationships with educational institutions and organizations. The responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, assessing the performance of educational programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using business management software and digital tools
• Ability to understand and navigate the educational sector
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
• Must have their own two wheelers vehicle and licence.
