Field Auditor & Disaster Expert: Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct field safety audits as per approved checklists and project guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate teams of structural and fire safety experts during school visits.
• Ensure

  HRVCA-based (Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability & Capacity Assessment)

  risk assessments are carried out accurately.
• Interact and coordinate with school Principals, teachers, and administrative staff during audits.
• Support schools in safety awareness activities and documentation processes.
• Ensure complete and accurate digital and physical (paper-based) documentation.
• Verify and maintain photographic and videographic evidence as per audit requirements.
• Coordinate with government authorities, project teams, and field staff within the district.
• Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, SOPs, and reporting standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in data handling.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality standards.
• Travel extensively within the district as per project requirements.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong field coordination, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience in surveys, inspections, or field-based assessment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including government officials and school authorities.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions and meet strict timelines.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
  

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Disaster Management, Social Sciences, or related fields preferred).

• Previous experience in surveys, audits, or field coordination is mandatory.

• Experience in school safety, disaster management, or government projects will be an added advantage.

• Must possess a valid driving license.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned district.
