Field Assistant

Role Overview: As a Field Assistant at Trishul Biotech located in Greater Noida West, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation and monitoring of agricultural projects. You will be involved in gathering and analyzing field data, conducting research, and supporting the research and development team in their daily tasks. Your role will also include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage nursery and field operations effectively. - Conduct research trials in pots and fields. - Collect and document morphological and physiological data. - Implement and monitor farmer practices in field conditions. - Perform data entry, compilation, and statistical analysis. - Support staff and farmers with trial management and best practices. Qualification Required: - Experience in agricultural research, field data collection, and analysis. - Knowledge of biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulants. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with data management tools. - Qualification in agriculture or a related field is preferred.
