Fiduciary and Suitability Analyst

As a member of the Investment Risk & Analytics (IR&A) team at WM, you will play a crucial role in reviewing fiduciary and suitability activities within the Private Bank and Wealth Management. Reporting to a senior team member, you will be tasked with deep-dive reviews of fiduciary activities, metrics, new business initiatives, and control activities. Collaboration with Risk Management colleagues, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Control Management will be essential to provide valuable feedback on fiduciary issues and emerging risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review client exceptions and identify risk issues and trends - Conduct reviews to recommend risk mitigation strategies - Participate in global fiduciary risk team meetings - Assist in reviewing monthly metrics for Executive Management Reporting - Maintain project trackers and contribute to ad hoc reports and team projects - Work on enhancing risk reporting tools and dashboards **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related fields - Master's degree in Finance or equivalent, CFA, or FRM certification would be advantageous - Prior experience in the financial sector, either through full-time roles or internships - Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or programming languages such as Python is a plus The company values teamwork and seeks individuals who can collaborate effectively to achieve objectives.
