FG Deployment & Materials Planning Oils- Supply chain

Role Overview: As a Deployment Coordinator at Sundrop Brands Ltd, your main responsibility is to optimize the supply chain network to achieve the desired Case Fill Rates while balancing FG Inventory and Logistics costs. You will play a crucial role in creating daily deployment plans, coordinating with various teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely truck placements. Key Responsibilities: - Create daily tentative and final Deployment Plans from factories to all CFAs to maintain targeted Fill Rates and Inventory Levels at depots. - Participate in the daily morning collaboration call, provide recommendations to maintain above Targeted Fill Rates. - Communicate the Daily Deployment Plan to factories and coordinate with factory, Production, and Finance teams for execution. - Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely truck placement and provide daily compliance updates. - Plan Inter Godown Transfers (IGTs) from mother depots to other depots. - Monitor the status of FG Non-Moving/Slow moving Inventory and recommend Action Plans for movement. - Utilize Load Builder to ensure 100% utilization of trucks in the deployment plan. - Conduct daily analysis of each truck to maximize truck fill and minimize unplanned IGTs. - Create/release Internal Requisitions (IR) and obtain required approvals. - Analyze and take/recommend actions to reduce manual IRs for maximum utilization of the Oracle ASCP system. - Analyze output from the Supply Network Optimizer System (SNO) and optimize Total Cost. - Select transporters and trucks for full truck load dispatches. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engineering. - 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Data management and Excel. - Strong Analytical and Communication Skills.,
