Female Travel Consultant cum Ticketing Executive

As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for researching various destinations and means of travel, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews. You will diagnose clients" specifications and wishes to suggest suitable travel packages or services. Your role will involve organizing travels from beginning to end, which includes booking tickets, accommodation, and securing rental transportation. Additionally, you will supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material such as guides, maps, and event programs. Collecting deposits and balances, using promotional techniques, and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages are also part of your responsibilities. Handling unforeseen problems and complaints, determining eligibility for money returns, and attending conferences to stay updated on tourism trends are essential tasks. Moreover, you will create and update electronic records of clients, maintain relationships with key persons, keep financial statements and documents, and work towards reaching revenue and profit targets. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.
