Job Description

The ideal candidate for this Teaching position in Noida should be responsible for various tasks including planning examinations, submitting marks on time, organizing subject-specific remedial classes, ensuring syllabus completion, checking daily diary and PTM register, creating and following lesson plans, maintaining records on the system, conducting exams and assessments, and prioritizing student safety. Additionally, conducting monthly PTMs to connect with each family is imperative. Non-teaching activities will involve distributing books, uniforms, and stationery, conducting home visits, organizing extracurricular activities as per the Saturday plan, monitoring fee deposits, sharing success stories, and overseeing food distribution. Encouraging innovations and creativity among students will be a key aspect of the role, including fostering artistic and vocational skills like music, dance, art, and theatre, organizing educational trips and picnics, introducing new teaching methods and aids in the classroom. Personal development is also vital, with the candidate expected to update their skills through seminars, workshops, and corporate events, ensuring punctuality and regular attendance. This is a full-time, permanent job with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, with preferred teaching experience of at least 1 year.
