Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer engagement. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Follow up on previous interactions, warm leads, and referrals.
• Explain Services features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions .
• Handle objections professionally and work toward resolving customer queries.
• Train and mentor junior telecallers if required.
• Provide feedback to the management on customer responses and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and sales orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Fluency in [language(s), e.g., English and Hindi; add regional if relevant].
