Job Description

Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest. Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing support over the phone. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations. Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products or services and closing sales deals. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, both new and existing. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and sales data. Following Up: Following up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues. Achieving Targets: Meeting daily or weekly call targets and sales quotas Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
