About Us:

Wedding Collaterals is a premium wedding design & stationery agency offering personalized invites, print collateral, and digital wedding experiences. We work with top wedding planners and couples to create memorable visual branding for weddings.

Job Role:

As a telecaller, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and follow-ups. You’ll help us stay connected with leads, planners, and clients by handling calls, WhatsApp chats, and basic lead tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to follow up with leads (via call & WhatsApp)
• Attend incoming inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp & website
• Explain basic wedding stationery packages to interested clients
• Maintain lead sheets and follow-up reports
• Coordinate between client and internal team for smooth communication

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only (preferred due to client comfort & communication style)
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Friendly, polite, and confident on the phone
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic Excel, and Google Sheets
• Experience in telecalling, client coordination, or reception is a plus
