Female Telecaller & Email Marketing Executive

Arcenex Technovatives is a growing IT company offering web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services. We're seeking a confident, enthusiastic female professional who can help us reach more potential clients through effective calling and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Send professional email pitches and follow-ups to leads
• Explain services clearly and answer basic queries
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and responses
• Collaborate with the internal team for lead conversion
• Meet daily/weekly targets related to outreach and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
• Basic understanding of email marketing and MS Office or Google Workspace
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Must own a laptop/PC with a good internet connection
• Self-motivated, punctual, and target-oriented
