Job description
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, responding to queries and generating leads.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide information about cars, features, and benefits.
3. Lead Generation: Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Data Management: Update customer database, track interactions, and maintain records of customer conversations.
5. Sales Support: Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and customer information.
