Role Overview:
We are looking for a Female Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience who can confidently handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support our business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain company services, products, and training programs clearly
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Update call records, follow-ups, and customer data accurately
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
• Good convincing and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in service, sales, or support calling preferred
