Role: Female Telesales Executive (Tamil Language – Only Females)We are looking for energetic female candidates fluent in Tamil to join our Qlead telesales team. This role involves making outbound calls, managing digital leads, and promoting Qlead’s AI-based lead generation service. Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and explain Qlead’s benefits. Follow up on inbound leads from digital marketing and convert them into sales. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets. Share customer feedback with the team to improve strategies. Attend team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement. Requirements:Only female candidates. Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication is required; Hindi is an added advantage. Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; degree holders preferred. Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
