Job Introduction: Job Title: Female Security Officer (SO) Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and vigilant Female Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of personnel, premises, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle security-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the premises. Conduct security checks and patrols to ensure safety compliance. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies. Maintain detailed and accurate security reports and logs. Assist in handling conflicts and ensuring a secure environment. Operate security systems, including CCTV monitoring. Coordinate with emergency response teams when necessary. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate Good English communication skills (verbal & written). Basic system knowledge and proficiency in using computers. Previous experience in security services is preferred. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods. Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
