Role Overview: You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles, features, and finance/insurance options will be part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain specifications, features, and benefits to potential customers. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management is crucial, along with maintaining the customer database for timely follow-ups on inquiries and leads. Negotiating prices, preparing quotations, and finalizing deals in line with company policies will also be part of your responsibilities. Coordinating with the finance, insurance, and accessories team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery is essential, as well as ensuring proper documentation, delivery process, and after-sales follow-up for customer satisfaction. Staying updated with product knowledge, competitor models, and industry trends and building long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business are key aspects of this role.
