Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (fixed) + Attractive Sales Incentives

About Ivory Nepal Ivory Nepal is a premium lifestyle and fashion accessories brand specializing in luxury stone & Rudraksha-based bracelets. With a vision to expand across India, we are launching kiosks in leading malls to deliver a luxury shopping experience to our customers.

Role & Responsibilities
● Welcome and engage customers with confidence and warmth● Demonstrate product knowledge and explain stone/bracelet benefits● Assist customers in product selection and drive sales conversions● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets● Manage billing & POS operations (Marg ERP)● Maintain kiosk displays as per brand merchandising standards● Ensure stock is replenished, clean, and secure at all times● Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally● Follow brand grooming, communication, and service standards

Eligibility Criteria
● Female candidates only● Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (mandatory)● Prior experience in retail desk sales (preferred in luxury/fashion brands)● Fluent in English & Hindi – spoken and written● Confident personality, professional communication, and polished grooming● Groomed and professional appearance suitable for the brand● Strong customer service skills and sales-driven mindset What We Offer● Fixed salary (₹12k–₹18k) + performance-based sales incentives● Opportunity to work with a luxury lifestyle brand● Structured training program (14 days) before kiosk launch● Growth opportunities within Ivory Nepal’s expanding offline retail network● Safe, women-friendly workplace with POSH compliance
