Female Receptionist Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Maintain appointment schedules and client records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in basic documentation and filing
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Coordinate with internal staff for smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Graduate
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
