As a Teacher based in Noida, your responsibilities will include planning examinations and ensuring timely submission of marks on the system. You will be required to plan subject-wise remedial classes for students and ensure the completion of syllabus as per the academic year's schedule. Checking the daily diary and maintaining the PTM register will be part of your routine tasks. It will be your responsibility to create, seek approval for, and adhere to lesson plans. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain records in the system, conduct exams, and assess students as per the predefined plans. Ensuring the safety of students and conducting monthly PTMs to engage with each family will also be crucial aspects of your role. In terms of non-teaching activities, you will be responsible for distributing books, uniforms, and stationery, as well as conducting home visits and extracurricular activities based on the Saturday plan. Monitoring fee deposits, sharing success stories, and organizing food distribution will also be part of your duties. Encouraging creativity in artistic and vocational activities such as music, dance, art, theatre, and drama will be essential. You will also need to organize educational trips, picnics, and other events to boost student participation. Implementing new teaching methods and aids in your classes will be key to fostering innovation and creativity among students. For your self-development, you are encouraged to update your personal skills by participating in seminars, workshops, skill-building events, and corporate events organized by Setu. Maintaining punctuality and regular attendance is vital to your professional growth and success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
