Female Operations and Admin Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations and Admin Executive to join our UAE-based travel company. Specializing in UAE tourist visas, we are seeking an organized individual who can assist in daily operations and administration. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their career in the travel and visa processing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Assist in the processing and submission of UAE tourist visa applications
• Handle customer inquiries and respond to their queries promptly
• Maintain and update records of visa applications and client data
• Prepare and organize documentation for various visa requirements
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage office supplies and inventory as needed

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Female candidates preferred
