Female NICU/PICU nurse

As a Nurse in our healthcare facility, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Obtain and document a patient assessment by incorporating all available data/information. Utilize techniques of observation, interview, measurement, and physical examination for assessment purposes. - Identify actual and potential problems through collaboration with the patient and senior nursing personnel. - Plan and document a nursing care plan utilizing the nursing process and setting priorities for nursing care. Continually update the care plan based on patient status and commence discharge planning in cooperation with the patient and significant others. - Deliver care using the nursing process, delegate and supervise nursing care provided by junior Staff Nurses, and coordinate care with other health professionals. - Evaluate each aspect of nursing intervention after each shift, revise care plans, communicate evaluation and subsequent plans to patients/significant others and the healthcare team. - Perform any other duties assigned from time to time. Qualifications required for this position include: - GNM/BSC qualification - Experience ranging from 0 to 15 years Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position for both freshers and experienced candidates.
