We are hiring a Female Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling and software sales, specifically in ERP, CRM, and HRMS systems. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, arranging meetings, and conducting product demos. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads. Explain our implementation solutions, such as ERP, CRM, and HRMS solutions to clients clearly and persuasively. Conduct product demos with prospects and assist in the follow-up process. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Collaborate with the technical and sales team to understand product updates and client requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or software sales (ERP/CRM/HRMS preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written). Good knowledge of CRM systems and software products. Confident in presenting and demonstrating software products. Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
