Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end import and export documentation
for shipping and logistics operations.
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as
Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Letter of Credit, Certificate of Origin
, etc.
Coordinate with
shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers
, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
Monitor and update the
status of shipments
, ensuring compliance with
customs regulations and international trade laws
.
Maintain accurate records of all
import/export transactions
in the system.
Communicate with
clients and overseas agents
for documentation and shipment updates.
Ensure all documentation is in line with
company policies and statutory requirements
.

Requirements:

Female candidates with
3–5 years of relevant experience
in shipping/logistics documentation.
Strong knowledge of
import/export procedures and customs clearance
.
Good communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and online documentation portals
.
Ability to work independently through
remote system operations
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet
tight deadlines
.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in
Shipping, Logistics, or any relevant field
.
