Job Description

We are looking for a female HR cum Office Executive to join our consultancy agency. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and capable of handling both HR and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process – calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining records
  • Handle onboarding and basic HR documentation
  • Coordinate with clients and internal team for daily updates
  • Maintain office files, attendance, and employee records
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Previous HR or office administration experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work responsibly and independently
