Job Title: Video Editor (YouTube & Reels) Job Profile: We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing engaging YouTube videos and viral-worthy Shorts/Reels. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual effects to turn raw footage into attention-grabbing content. Key Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content like Reels and Shorts Add music, sound effects, text, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance videos Cut and arrange footage to maintain high viewer engagement and storytelling flow Optimize videos for social media platforms and trends Stay updated with viral video styles, editing trends, and audience preferences Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality edits consistently Requirements: Proven experience in video editing, especially for YouTube and social media Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut) Strong sense of timing, music synchronization, and visual storytelling Ability to think creatively and work independently Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and social media trends is a plus Bonus: Experience in creating thumbnails, basic animation, or script structuring.
