Female Fitness Trainer

As a Fitness Trainer at Six Senses, you will fully comprehend the vision of the company to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. You will uphold the values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky, and pioneering wellness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Check and set up the daily operations and supply of the fitness areas and changing areas according to standards. - Assist other fitness instructors and hosts to ensure professional and timely services. - Greet guests and explain general procedures in the fitness areas. - Maintain personal fitness level through regular exercise. - Answer inquiries regarding fitness and provide accurate information. - Ensure cleanliness of cardio machines and fitness equipment after guest use. - Enforce safety rules and regulations for sports and recreational activities. - Conduct fitness classes and personal trainings as per company standards. - Maintain all equipment in safe and well-maintained condition. - Uphold Six Senses guidelines and service standards, exceeding performance benchmarks. - Adhere strictly to LQA standards and address guest comments effectively. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in physical education is preferred. - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury spas and health clubs with proven certificates. - Technical skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness. - Fluency in English is required.
