Key Responsibilities

Conduct personal training sessions and group workouts (Strength training, Functional training, HIIT, Zumba/Yoga basics preferred).

Design personalized workout plans based on client goals (fat loss, strength, transformation, medical conditions).

Perform basic fitness assessments and body composition analysis.

Motivate and guide members with proper form, technique, and safety.

Track members’ progress and provide training feedback regularly.

Maintain high energy and premium customer service on the floor.

Assist front desk with inductions and trial sessions when required.

Promote personal training and support fitness events inside the gym.

Eligibility & Requirements

Certified Fitness Trainer (preferred: ACE / ISSA / K11 / ACSM / Gold’s Gym / Talwalkars or similar)

Good knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and workout planning.

Excellent communication & client handling skills.

Positive attitude, discipline, and a passion for fitness.

Freshers with strong fitness knowledge and good communication can also apply.

Morning & Evening Shifts Available

(6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,827.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
