Female F&B Service Associate

Job Summary:

As a Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associate at The Pearl Burdwan Hotel & Banquet, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant, room service, or banquet operations. Your goal is to enhance guest satisfaction through professional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage choices.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and with a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
• Ensure proper table setting and cleanliness before and after service.
• Provide attentive service during meals, refilling glasses and responding to guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special promotions.
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Assist in room service or banquet setups and service as required.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per hotel policy.
• Maintain stock of service items and ensure side stations are organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum H.S. (Higher Secondary); a diploma/degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and polite communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with banquet, à la carte, and buffet service styles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
