Female Customer Service Executive

Role Overview: You are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in handling service profiles in the HVAC/Automobile sector. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the job profile, be tech-savvy, soft-spoken, cool-headed, and focused on their job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Attend voice calls for service - Work on OEM software - Delegate work to service teams - Coordinate with OEM persons - Make service calls - Conduct Happy Calls - Send AMC proposals - Ensure the maturity of AMC proposals - Maintain records of all complaints received - Manage client databases - Provide customers with estimated proposals after discussions with OEM personnel and service technicians Qualifications Required: - Minimum of two years of experience in handling service profiles in the HVAC/Automobile sector - Good understanding of the nuances of the job profile - Tech-savvy, soft-spoken, cool-headed, and focused on job responsibilities Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
