Cybertruck Films is a female-led moving studio and advertising startup, originally founded in Mumbai and now based in Kochi. We specialize in creating high-quality TV commercials, brand films, short films, and digital ads with a strong creative team and top-end production gear, including drones and on-location moving studio setups.

Our mission is to reshape the advertising industry by giving brands powerful stories, delivered with creativity, efficiency, and affordability. As a female-led company, we believe in empowering women in leadership and building a collaborative space for women in business.

Role Description – Co-Founder (Female Partner)

We are seeking a female co-founder with a business-driven mindset to join Cybertruck Films as a working partner. This is not a salaried role in the beginning, but an entrepreneurial opportunity to grow with the company and directly benefit from your contributions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales, marketing, and client handling for projects
• Represent Cybertruck Films on camera when required
• Build and manage relationships with clients and partners
• Contribute to operations, business growth, and strategy
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising/marketing
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and marketing expertise
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the film or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
