Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring smooth coordination with our internal recruitment team. You’ll be the face of Labourwala for our corporate clients — professional, proactive, and always focused on quality service. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries and provide personalized recruitment solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with internal recruiters to fulfill client hiring requirements efficiently. Organize client meetings, follow-ups, and performance updates. Build long-term relationships and generate referrals. Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
