Job Overview: We are hiring a Female Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction work, ensure quality control, and support project execution. The ideal candidate should be confident working on-site, able to read technical drawings, and capable of coordinating with contractors and teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities at the site Ensure work quality and safety compliance Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team Maintain site documentation and progress reports Assist in material management and technical supervision Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering 1+ years of site experience preferred Knowledge of construction drawings and site management Good communication and coordination skills Willing to travel or stay at project sites Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
