Female Business Development Executive (Sales)

You will play a crucial role as a Business Development Executive in our e-pharmacy business, focusing on driving growth and expanding our digital medicine delivery platform. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the e-pharmacy and healthcare sector. This involves pitching and bringing onboard various healthcare entities like hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies to collaborate with our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to boosting sales and revenue by showcasing the benefits of our e-pharmacy services and solutions. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners will be key to your success in this role. You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for our partners. Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor activities will help you identify and capitalize on new opportunities effectively. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a core objective, supported by maintaining detailed records of meetings and follow-ups using CRM tools. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or B2B SaaS industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and target-driven approach to sales. Any familiarity with e-pharmacy platforms and basic medical terminology would be advantageous, and a willingness to travel locally for client meetings is required.
